1. Navigate to the Documents page.
2. Under Free Downloads, click the Excel Viewer that applies to your operating system (Windows only).
3. Save the viewer to your hard drive to a directory that you can find again, such as your Desktop or Downloads folder.

1. Navigate to the directory to which you installed the viewer.
2. Double-click on the viewer filename (xlviewer.exe).
3. Follow the on-screen installation instructions.

1. Navigate to the page that contains the document that you want to view (such as the tournament schedule).
2. Right-click on the document link, and select Save Target As.
   Conversely, you can click the document icon or link and then choose Save from the menu that displays.
3. Save the file somewhere on your hard drive, such as your Desktop.
4. Click on Start > Program Files and open the Excel Viewer that you installed in the previous section.
5. Choose File > Open, and open the file (such as the tournament schedule) that you saved to your hard drive in step 3 in this section.

You can use the Excel Viewer to open and view any Excel 2003 or below files. To view Excel 2007 files (that end in .xlsx), you must install the Excel Viewer and then install the Compatibility Pack for the Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007 File Formats, also on the Documents page under Free Downloads.
