With such great facilities, I'm curious as to why you don't offer open or major tournaments.

We have had several Open tournaments this year, and our Fall league is always an Open league. Our January tournament is an Open tournament. If you are interested, you can review our Tournament Schedule page on www.bayareaball.org.

In February the qualifying season starts, and tournaments can no longer be Open. If we have enough interest in a Major division, we can consider adding one to one of our existing tournaments. So far we have not had a great outcry for Major divisions, though we do offer Major divisions in Spring League for the 7U-9U divisions.

If there are specific tournaments (or league) that you are interested in, please put your team on the waiting list--and get other teams to sign up on the waiting list for that tournament. In this way we know there is interest in a Major division for that tournament and it would be in everyone's best interest to add that division (and we'd know which age group).

Thanks for the compliment on our facilities. We are pretty proud of them.
