My son will be nine on July 27, 2010. He was the second pick in the NASA East Little league machine this year behind a pair of twins who went as a package. He leads the league in homers out of the park over a 20 foot high left field fence. He has a big arm and is tall. He can play first, third, corner outfield but had to play SS this year. He has not played kid pitch yet but can throw at 48-50 mph. He has no pitching experience but has had some instruction. He is a switch hitter. He has good speed but not blinding.
We would love to workout with a kid pitch team of good players starting in August and play with that team in the fall. We love the game but I don't want to burn him out and would love to find a team that has a reasonable practice and tournament schedule in the Bay Area between Dickinson and Pearland. We live in Clear Lake.
My email is
texasice@sbcglobal.net and my son's name is Jeffrey. I think he would be an asset to any team.
