I don't often give personal endorsements, but CJ taught my son, and he is a fantastic, serious coach who knows his stuff. He is a catcher and power hitter for the Blue Jays AAA farm team who knows how to work with pitchers, catchers, hitters, and all fielders. His strength and conditioning program is key to his success as a coach.
He spends most of his time working with pitchers and other fielders, but if you are looking for a catching coach (and those are hard to find), you won't find a better one. He knows his stuff and made my son from a fair catcher to one who throws out over half of the runners who make it on base.
