- Vision mechanics-How to teach hitters to effectively track the ball
- "Style" vs.. Biomechanical principals
- Rotational Hitting- What is it? Is it being mistaught? Is it being misunderstood by players?
- How to teach young players how to have success at the plate
- Drills- Good drills, bad drills, and how to effectively teach them
- Approach to hitting for players at all levels

Professional Pitching instructors will lecture, show video analysis, and demonstrate the newest and latest training techniques for pitchers
*Immediately following the seminar all are invited to watch the training session with Hardball Academy pitchers
Topics will include:
- What are pitching mechanics and why they are so misunderstood
- Common misteaches associated with pitching- most "conventional" approaches to pitching is ineffective or detrimental
- Pitchers strength and conditioning program (sport specific training)
- Arm care-how to properly condition and maintain arm health
- Why are there so many arm problems with young players?
- Should young players throw a curve ball?
- Getting pitchers to understand "cause and effect" to help them make adjustments (mechanical and mental toolbox)
- Why cue terms like push off the rubber, pause at the top, your rushing, stay back, stay closed, get out front, and thumb to the thigh fingers high are ineffective or detrimental for pitchers
- How to create actual velocity, effective velocity, and perceptual velocity
- How to create effective movement on all pitches
